With the ever changing times in healthcare furnishings, there have been many updates in fabric designs leaning toward a more residential look.

Most importantly, the fabrics that are now being designed are geared toward the contract and institutional market. These newer fabrics are woven of 100% AVORA^tm  FR polyester yarn for inherent and permanent flame resistance. These fabrics can be laundered in water temperatures up to 160° F which are suitable for cubicle curtains, draperies, bedspreads and shower curtains.

Many of these fabrics have a soil release finish and are dimensionally stable. This insures minimal shrinkage (less than 2%).

These fabrics meet the most stringent flammability requirements, i.e. NFPA-701 Small-Large Scale, City of New York, the State of California and the City of Boston.
